The high-alloyed sophisticated tool and alloy steels are manufactured by SFSL. These products find their application in a variety of industries like automobile, defence, aeronautics, power generation, machine tools, tool manufacturing, forging and general engineering. The product range includes cold work tool steel like D2, D3, HCHCR, CW1 & KNL and hot work tool steel like H11, H12 & H13. The stainless steel variety includes AISI-304, 310, 316, 321, 410, 420, EN57, 430, 431529 and 440, the die blocks include DB-6, DB-5, DIN, 1.2714 and the valve steel is of the type EN-52. The stock resistance studs are of the types S-1, S-2, S-3 and S-4. The company has been supplying various grades of forged and rolled tool and alloy steels for decades to major customers like Tata Motors Ltd, Tata Steel Ltd - Jamshedpur, BHEL - Trichy & Bhopal, BEML - KGF & Mysore and ADI Artech Transducers - Vadodara.
