Description: High speed ballscrews of the super S series (cassette type) are fit for CNC machinery, precision machinery, industrial machinery, electronic machinery and other high speed machinery. The noise level of 5-7 dB is lower than traditional ballscrews with the design permitting the return unit to absorb the noise caused by the impact of the ballnut's balls. The design is towards reduction of space and weight making the ballnut diameter 18%-32 smaller than traditional series and improving the strength of the return structure; Dm-N value is up to 180,000. The pathway of the specialised return unit, as well as the ball nuts strengthened design diminish the impact experienced by the balls and can sustain peak performance in more rigorous operating environments, such as high acceleration and deceleration. Precision ground ball screws are available in JIS Grade CO-C7 and rolled ball screws in JIS Grade C6-C10.
