Description:
High Temperature Valves for Pulse Firing Systems are used in heat treatment of steel and metal components as well as in ceramics porcelain industries. The valves are operated by extremely fast operating special purpose pneumatic actuators and high flow solenoid valves which make it possible for operation times less than or equal to 20 milliseconds. These valves can be easily operated by standard Pulse Firing relay logic or purpose designed PLC systems. These valves are suitable for air/gas application and can withstand media temperatures up to 300°C. The systems can operate in high ambient temperatures and hence can be placed close to furnace walls/heat source. These wafer construction valves are available in the sizes ranging from DN 25(1") to DN100 (4"). The solenoid valves on these systems have plug-in type IP65 coil enclosures and are offered with LED indicators as standard. Choice of supply voltages such as 230V AC, 110V AC, 24V AC, 48V DC, 24V DC and 12V DC are available at no extra cost. The pricing is extremely competitive when compared to valves presently imported from Europe/USA. These are products of impeccable quality and reliability; several such valves are in successful operation in various kilns and furnaces across the country. Peregrine Technologies produces high temperature valves that are used for pulse firing systems.
