Description: High vacuum pumps are manufactured under the guidance and supervision of experts and specialised technicians. Each and every piece of equipment passes through stringent quality control tests at every stage of production whereby the equipment made is perfect in all respects. Each part is tested on most modern test beds as per the latest Indian standards for air systems. Standardisation is observed in manufacturing each model, which ensures easy interchangeability of every part, and hence maintenance becomes most handy. Regarding pumping mechanism the shaft and the attachment rotor are mounted eccentrically in the pump cylinder. The rotor is fitted with spring loaded vanes. As the shaft and rotor rotates, springs push the vanes out against the pump cylinder. Gas is drawn through the pump intake tube into the pump cylinder, compressed and delivered through the exhaust tube.
