Description: High Velocity Burners, Series 'TJ-CGO' are dual fuel, nozzle mixing type burners. The capacity of these burners ranges from 500,000 to 9650,000 Btu/hr. The burner operates on 2500°F, 1371°C temperatures. The fuels like natural gas, propane, butane, lightoil are used in these burners. These burners are widely used in application like heat treating, kiln preheating and firing, annealing, stress relieving & drawing. These burners are designed specifically to produce hot gases at high forward and rotational velocity. This high velocity of the order of 500 MPH improves air circulation within the furnace while increasing heat penetration and temperature uniformity throughout the load.
