Profile: Hilliard's Chocolate System is engaged in the production of chocalate systems for candy producers. We offer tempering melters of several capacities, hand coaters, complete coating systems and cooling cabinets. Our little dipper is ideal for preparing test market quantities of chocolates. Our six inch coater is capable of producing up to 240 pounds per day of precisely tempered chocolate. G.M.S. stringer is designed to fit coating systems with belt widths from 5" to 24". We also produce utensils & accessories, which include brushes, forks, thermometer, paddl, scraper, spatuals and dippers.
