We cover a wide range of materials including Tufnol laminates, glass laminates, Perspex acrylic, polycarbonate, nylon, acetal and polyethylene. We offer a complete range of industrial laminates either in standard stock shapes or fully machined. Our Whale Brand SRBF is a general purpose medium weave grade industrial laminate. Supportive mechanical & electrical strength, robust construction are its features. It is used for as a medium to coarse pitch gears. Our Bear Brand SRBF is specially developed as a bearing material for use with water or other lubricants. Better electrical properties and lower water absortion are its features. On the other side features of our epoxy resin based laminates are listed as paper based modified epoxy grade, superior electrical properties, good mechanical strength, low water absortion and supportive resistance to electrical tracking. It can be used continuously up to 130°C. Copolymer and Homopolymer are two grades of our Acetal engineering plastic products. Both grades are dimensionally stable with minimum creep resistance and absorb little moisture. Abrasion resistance and easy to machine to close tolerances with good electrical properties are its properties.
