We deal with the work of forming and bending of complex sections in both aluminium & other materials. Stretch forming, flow forming and roll forming are our other forming works. Flow forming we practice is suitable for forming hollow sections by the use of floating mandrels or other fillers for irregular internal cross sections. We employ CNC machine tools to perform our CNC machining works. Our fabrication services includes welding of aluminium assemblies, adhesive bonding, riveting, pressing and fitting. We supply a range of fabricated products including sub assemblies for automotive chassis, rail carriage components, medical equipment architectural structures and furniture. Our anodizing works includes a range of anodizing thickness and colours depending on application from decorative trim to more demanding application requiring a thick abrasion resistant film.
