We serve various industrial sectors including nuclear, rail and civil engineering sector. Our mainstream works include drilling, crunching, bursting, sawing and thermic lancing. Diamond drilling we deal with employs the use of a rotary drill motor mounted on a drill column and a diamond tipped core bit to cut steel reinforced concrete. It can also be used for cutting most grades of metal. Water, air or foam are used to cool the cutting face enabling a wet or dry operation. This drilling process covers applications like single holes, stitch drilled openings, runway lights, pile holes, anchor holes, through penetrations, re bar dowel connections and material sampling. On the other side concrete crunching we focus on employs the use of hydraulic jaws/pincers to crunch reinforced concrete or masonry into suitable sized pieces for disposal. It covers applications like parapet walls and door & window penetrations. Machine bases, bridge columns, reinforced concrete structures and mass foundations are the applications encompassed by our concrete bursting work. It uses bespoke hydraulic ram to be inserted into a pre drilled hole.
