Our product list contains products like solid rotary dies, print cylinders, exchangeable bladed dies, hot foil dies, anvil rollers, gears & gauges, special dies, magentic cylinders and flexible dies. We offer cutter products to cut paper, coated paper, board, polyethylene, polyester and prolypropylene or rubber. Our hard chromed dies are used to top cut papers, thermal coated, gloss, vellum and gold. Our hardened filmic dies are designed for use in the conversion of polyester, polypropylene and polyethylene. On the other part our hardened through cutting dies are ideal for sheeting, slitting, cutting tags, tyvek, paper and vinyls. Exchangeable bladed dies from us is a multi purpose tool that can be used for top cutting, sheeting and perforating. Its precision ground slots allow for fast exchange of the different types of blade. Our EDP moveable ring tools are designed to run under the anvil and cut holes in the liner paper. The cut holes remain fixed to the face material and are removed when the waste matrix is stripped away. Their rings can be easily adjusted laterally to suit different web widths.
