Profile: Holyoak Air Filter Cleaning Machines Ltd. is a supplier of lightweight, portable air filter cleaning machines. Air filter cleaning machine is a very simple to use piece of machinery, designed to fit a wide variety of filters. By simply plugging the machine in to a standard power supply, it is ready for use. Inside the unit there are two adjustable arms for supplying air to the side of the dirty filter being cleaned. These arms will go up and down while the cleaning is in process, arrange the orange tip approximately 4 cm from the side of the filter, not directly into the filter elements, but across it. This will encourage the surface dirt to leave the filter. The air filter cleaner consists of steel cabinet fully painted in powder coat and fitted with a programmable sequencer, operating an inverter which controls a 3 phase .25 KW motor. All internal control voltage is 24v DC with fully integrated interlock system to ensure the safety of the operator. The machine has service points for separate vacuum (supplied) and compressed air to operate air sequencers within the cabinet.
