We offer rapid prototypes in metal and plastic using Manumold plastic injection moulding, chemical etching and machining processes. We involve in Manumold process that allows to use manually operated tooling with simple ejection. The chemical milling or machining process we engage in is ideally suited to rapid prototyping as electronically generated files can be used to produce photo-tools which are then transferred to the surface of the metal. Changes in design are simply and rapidly made to files in house to allow manufacture of new components. We also design components, sub assemblies and even complete product on our CAD systems.
