Hose Crimping Machine

Description: Hose Crimping Machine are manufactured as an import substitute - a powerful swaging/crimping machine, Hydropower for mass production and repair shop use. It is suitable for any kind of hydraulic hose assembly, cable joint crimping, chemical and pneumatic hose end fittings crimping. This horizontal swaging/crimping machine is complete steel fabricated-compact body. A modern high power hydraulic power pack is specially designed, developed and manufactured for the hose-crimping machine. The capacity of the machine is ¼ ″ (NW-6) SAE-100R1, SAE-100R13 (4SH and 6SH) to 2″ (NW-50) SAE-100 R13 (4SH). A built-in stop switch is fitted with the machine to facilitate good and mass production efficiency. The company has a vast experience of manufacturing the hose-crimping machine. The machine has a very high swaging power to crimp any type and grade of high pressure & super high-pressure hose end fittings. It is free from sound pollution; it has a very nominal sound, almost noiseless operation. Electric motor of 3.5 kW is used for power up the hydraulic power pack to operate the high pressure 30 LPM hydraulic pump. Control panel: an adjustable control panel with micro adjusting knob to control the crimping quality and sizes. Operation mode: automatic and manual operation modes are facilitated for high productivity & better adjustment. Bottom part of the machine is equipped with 9 sets of crimping jaws (dies).
