Features of our HiFlex insulation system are requires no baking after winding, fully tested when coils are inserted & throughout the repair process, requires no varnishing or impregnation and guaranteed storage life. HiVax is our vaccum pressure impregnation insulation system. It is widely used in the transport industry for traction motors on trains. We also manufacture coils for any machine requiring VPI varnishing. Our preventative maintenance services include motor management, condition monitoring & vibration analysis, laser alignment, energy efficiency testing, emissions management and thermographic imaging. We also carry out MIG, TIG and stick welding works.
