Our UltraClad 801 wear resistant steel plate consists of features like carbon chrome with molybdenum, working temperature up to 450°C, highly resistant to extreme abrasion and gouging at high temperatures. This plate covers applications like dredge pump parts, hoppers, wearplates, crusher rolls, screw conveyors, shovel bucket teeth and palm oil expeller screws. Our P600 high hardness steel is a fully quenched and mildly tempered steel with a brinell hardness of 520-560. This provides supportive wear resistance and sliding abrasion. It can be cut with oxy-acetylene.
