We produce carbide, mineral cutting tools, toolholders, cutting chains, conveyor rollers and related components. We specialize in fabrication work producing shearer drums, cutting heads & discs, jibs for cutting chains and conveyor structure. In addition a wide range of general machining activities, plate rolling, profile cutting and press work facilities are also offered by us. We manufacture a range of shearer drums to solve dust, frictional ignitions, geological problems or low production rate problems. We supply all shearer drums with or without rotary air curtain capability to dilute any methane in the cutting zone and reduce the risk of face ignitions. We also obbtain a range of cutting equipment for continuous miner machines for mining operations. Radial cutting system offers a unique feature that enables to change pick/bit reach depending on cutting conditions. Riblock is our radial pick/bit retention device that is used on shearer drums and continuous miner drums.
