Our micro hydraulic power pack can operate both single acting and double acting applications. HPR micro hydraulic power unit from us offers the flexibility to operate double acting hydraulic functions without the need for solenoid control valves. By simply reversing the motor the movement of a double acting hydraulic cylinder direction can be controlled and the built in dual pilot check valves give leak free load holding. Its dual pressure relief valves give separate control in each direction whilst dual pilot check valves prevent induced pressures and noise when excess full bore cylinder flow returns to the tank. Variations in the circuit can include manual overrides, motor spool control and low noise relief valves. The AC hydraulic motor pumps we offer are made up of an AC Motor driving a hydraulic gear pump assembly. Its aluminium bell-housing encloses an elastic coupling ensuring a mechanical drive with low noise transmission. Options available in this pumps are forced ventilation, tropicalization, anti-condensation heaters and various EX motor protection.
