Description: Hydraulic-Operated Rotary Indexing Table, UHRT-320 Model is specially designed and manufactured to suit precision indexing requirements for production shops. The indexing plate is located by high precision ground Hurth gears giving very high indexing accuracy. The rotary table is provided with adjustments for selecting the number of index stations. The table can also be supplied to provide indexing any multiples of 5 degrees up to 180 degrees. The table is designed with a central clamping for rigid uniform clamping. The indexing cylinder is provided with imported PTFE seals for long life and less friction. The table is housed with high quality grade 30 stress relieved castings. All the wear parts are hardened & ground, and manufactured to a very high degree of accuracy. The Table lifts up by about 4 mm. Then the table is indexed by the required amount and is clamped. The indexing cylinder returns home. The table requires double solenoids to be provided on the power pack. Separate provisions are made for the connections of the required hose pipes for clamping and indexing cylinders. Provision is made on the rotary table to fix two proximity switches for sensing table clamp and completion of index. Two pressure switches can be provided on power pack to get the table lift and index cylinder home position signals. The electrical circuit for the cycle of operation is to be separately built for continuous operation. The table can be used on existing machines and also on multistation SPMs. It is suitable for both horizontal and vertical mounting.
