Description: Hydraulic Comparison Tester is used to test the pressure gauge or any pressure instrument by comparing it with the master gauge. The master gauge or test gauge is to be selected looking to the range of the instruments or gauge which is to be tested. In hydraulic tester, a hydraulic pump is used to generate the pressure. The pressure generated through the hand-operated pump is distributed in two outlets: a master gauge is mounted on one outlet and the gauge or instrument, which is to be tested, is on the other. The pressures on both the outlets are same and can be compared with the help of the master gauge. If the gauge or instrument shows some deviation compared to the master gauge, it needs to be calibrated. This comparison tester ranges from 0-700 kg/cm2 pressure. The pressure gauges or pressure instruments having various ranges including the negative pressure (vacuum) can be tested with the help of this equipment.
