Description: Hydraulic Cylinders - Tie Rod Design are distributed by Ace Automation Engineers. Our hydraulic cylinders are mnaufactured to ISO 6020 standards and also to customers' specifications. These include long stroke cylinders for material handling in tunnel furnaces, machine tool applications, broaching machines, presses, die casting machines, core pulling cylinders for aluminium die casting applications, paper mills, cold and hot steel rolling mills. Cylinders manufactured are tie rod design, mobile design, flanged construction, press cylinder and custom made. A number of mounting styles are available for each type of cylinder. Honed/skived and roller burnished seamless cylinder tubes are used. Piston rods are made from hard chrome plated and ground steel bars. Seals are of Busak + Shamban - Germany, Halite - UK and Merkel - UK.
