Description: Hydraulic Cyclindrical Grinding Machines in sizes 100-300, 125-400, 125-600 and 125-1000 are offered. Cylindrical grinding machines are used for cylindrical part grinding easily with centre to centre and live centre, length of grinding job & on different size of machines, can be provided, maximum grinding length of machines ranging from 300, 400, 600 and 1000mm, all in different models. The main body is made of high grade cast iron, provided with strong ribs for rigidity. All the guide ways are carefully hand scrapped to ensure high accuracy, table slide is hydraulically operated and cross side. Rapid approach can be provided. Work head spindle runs with precision angular contact bearing. It is built for grinding both with revolving and stationary centres. Wheel spindle runs in white metal bush bearing and automatic lubrication is provided by splash system. The machines are tested as per IS test chart & guaranteed convex accuracy within 10 micron & roundness accuracy 0.003 micron and surface finish within 0.4 to 0.8 micron RA. The following extra equipment can be provided: internal grinding attachment, two point steady rest, three point steady rest, balancing stand with mandrill, true chuck and radius dressing device.
