Hydraulic Power Pack
Description: Hydraulic Power Pack manufactured by Tulsi Hydro Service comprises of an oil tank, whose base frame carries a vertical flange mounted electrical motor coupled through a gear cum nylon coupling to vane pump, gear pump, or a piston pump depending on pressure and capacity required. The suction side of the pump is fitted with a suction strainer that is capable of straining particles of 25 microns size, while the discharge side of pump is connected to a manifold block. The directional control valves are mounted on the various faces of the manifold block. The control valves are suitably inter connecting piping, thereby achieving compaction, reduce noise level, easy accessibility for maintenance or all the valves can be removed from the block for maintenance just by removing the bolts. These power packs are equipped with oil level indicator with temperature control gauge fitted in front of the tank for showing oil level in the tank. It is provided with drainage system on side of the tank at the bottom.
