Hydraulic Quench Presses
The hydraulically operated quench presses are designed to press quench components like bearing races and gear blanks in closed dies. These presses are offered by Simpletec Automatics. In these presses, quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely. All operations, except loading of components, are automatic. Machines with single ram or up to four rams are offered. The machines can be equipped with Pick & Place manipulators or robots for loading of hot components.
