The controller also integrates the machine with automated accessories for sheet feeding, gauging, conveying-separating and stacking for sheet thickness 3.15 to 20 mm and length 1500 mm to 4000 mm. Features include individual hydraulic cylinders for clamping sheet firmly, lever for setting blade gap, finger guard offering clear view of lighted cutting area; left squaring arm with stoppersscale for front gauging and hardened rods for safe plate handling; saves time, tool wear of punch press by parting off nested parts; referencing from single edge avoids accumulated error; supports sheet to reduce scratching when feeding; drives can be spaced to allow operator to stand between them; clear view of sheet contact, elimination of sagging reduces errors; return conveyor reduces handling for longitudinal-lateral cuts; and capacities rated for MS of U.T.S. 45 kg/mm2 yield 28 kg/mm2 and SS of U.T.S. 72 kg/mm2 yield 45 kg/mm2.
