Description: Hydraulic Transformer Handling Trolley are supplied. We manufacture hydraulic handlift trolleys for internal handling of transformers, in standard capacities of 1, 1.5 and 2.5 tonnes & standard fork length of 1220mm. The minimum gap from floor level to transformers base plate is 75mm (height of base channel). The lowered height of the trolley is, therefore, 70mm so that the trolley can be inserted under all types & models of transformers within seconds, without the aid of pallets. This type of hydraulic trolley is an ideal machine for internal handling A transformers from stores to shop floor, from one bay to another and loading platform, by one man on smooth hard floors. The ram and plunger used in the hydraulic unit are hard chrome plated and mirror finished. The cylinders of hydraulic units are honed to a high degree of finish. Lifting is done by swift and easy strokes of the steering handle & lowering by pressing a foot pedal. Each wheel is provided with two anti-friction bearings of reputed make. Ball thrust & oil cushioned steering combined with wide dual steering wheels provides excellent, manoeuvrability in narrow aisles & restricted areas & easy steer with heavy loads. Hydraulic units have few working parts, for easy maintenance and long life. Parts are interchangeable and available of the shelf.
