Description: Hydraulic vane pumps and cartridge kits are fully compatible with single and double vane pumps. These cartridges are used as replacement parts for fixed displacement V and VQ series vane pumps. All parts are fully interchangeable with Vickers products. The cartridges are available in both 12 vanes design for industrial applications and 10 vanes design for mobile applications with higher pressure and wider range of speed. They are available in the Vickers series cartridge kits of 20 V/VQ (5, 8, 11, 12, 14 GPM), 25 V/VQ (14, 17,21 GPM), 35 V/VQ (30, 35, 38 GPM) and 45 V/VQ (42, 50, 60 GPM), which are used in 2520V, 3525V, 4525V and 25V pumps. The cartridge kits consist of inlet support plates, outlet support plates, cam rings, slotted rotor splined to the shafts and 12 vanes with intra vanes fitted into the rotor slots. With proper maintenance the cartridges operate at a very low noise level and give long life. These are particularly used in injection moulding machines, die casting machines and earthmoving equipments.
