The hydro-pneumatic system (MHN) is offered by Mipa Electronic & Electrical, an ISO 9001 certified company engaged in manufacturing a variety of multistage pumps. This consists of a pumping system selected from a wide range of available multistage pumps to operate for optimum efficiency. This is coupled with a pressure tank and accessories designed to match the system requirements. The control system of MHN is designed and manufactured using sensors, which control the operation of pumps. The wide range of protections in MHN guarantee trouble-free smooth running of the system. Depending on applications, the MHN can be reconfigured for optimum performance. Salient features inculde the following: separate MCB for each pump prevents damage due to short circuits, adjustable overload protection depending upon motor rating, single phase preventer, low-level alarm system that protects the system from dry running, change over from one stand-by to another; allows the stand-by pump to be used as an additional pump during peak load, detects dry run (for pump) and resolves it by automatically priming the pump. The system continuously displays electrical parameters and the load characteristics of the motor when it is running. It also provides indicators for mechanical seal failure, priming failure and overload, monitors the Rapid Cycle (length of acceptable minimum pump run time) feature and allows for a manual or cycle reset. This means that when a rapid cycle is detected for a frequency set by the system, the pump is turned off and it will remain off, until it is manually reset.
