Profile: Hydrocompus Technologies Inc. offers water treatment systems and components. Our equipments include reverse osmosis, MF/UF/MBR, electrodeionization and ion exchange systems. The reverse osmosis separation technology is used to remove dissolved impurities from water through the use of a semi-permeable membrane. We manufacture a full line of seawater desalination systems designed for heavy or continuous duty service in the marine applications where quality and dependable performance are keys. Our standard brackish water reverse osmosis systems are available with capacities ranging from 250 GPD to 500,000 GPD, and our standard seawater reverse osmosis systems or water makers or RO desalination systems are available with capacities ranging from 380 GPD to 180,000 GPD. We are also capable of manufacturing custom built reverse osmosis plants. These are widely applied in municipal, industrial, offshore platforms, remote islands and military facilities. Ultrafiltration is a membrane process with the ability to separate molecules in solution based on size. It removes bacteria and protozoa, including giardia & cryptosporidium. Hollow fiber ultrafiltration (UF) is widely accepted today for municipal water treatment applications including production of drinking water from surface water and water reuse applications. The UF is also used for industrial water treatment including pretreatment to spiral-wound reverse osmosis (RO) membranes for the production of high purity water. The UF membranes provide a physical barrier between the feed & product water and they have pore sizes in the range of 0.01 micron. These membranes remove very small contaminants in the feed water, including essentially all suspended solids, colloidal particles, and bacteria & viruses. Our water softeners are fully automatic water conditioning systems designed to soften water supply by reducing the amount of minerals containing calcium and magnesium.
