Profile: Hygienic Stainless Steels Ltd. is a provider of hygienic tubes, valves and fittings. We mainly serve the process industry. We supply and fabricate stainless steel components. We focus on areas such as high purity tube & fittings, filters and special fabrications. Our V-Tek butterfly valve actuator consists of cylinder, air supply inlet, air outlet filter/silencer, mounting bracket, plastic position indicator, drive adaptor with flags, proximity switches and mounting bolts. The actuator can be converted to double acting by removing cylinder compression springs and supplying air to the exhaust port on the base plate as the second air supply port to the cylinder. Our prisma actuator is suitable for V-TEK butterfly valves and sanitary ball valves. It comprises switch boxes available with either micro or proximity switches and also solenoid valves. Pump protection strainer is one of our filter products. It consists of clamp ends which can be used with wedge wire screen elements. Jacketed filter and duplex filter are our other filter kinds we avail. We also offer a full in house polishing service with fabrication service.
