We obtain polyurethane foam on our foaming machines. Our FP-200-FT flat-top foaming machine is based upon the foam creaming in a trough and works by means of adjustable fall-plate systems. With the use of formulations correct mixing of the chemicals and balanced speed of the horizontal slabstock conveyor system we produce a square block foam. We also offer a comprehensive range of foam conversion equipment. Horizontal slitting machine is one of our profiling machines that converts flexible foam into sheets. Our peeling machine type RSS is designed to suite for slitting of square or cylindrical foam blocks of cellular plastic products. We also specialize in recycling foam from bale presses to reduce waste volume, granulators and re-bonded foam plants.
