Our product line includes GPIB bus, LAN (Ethernet), VXI, serial and specialty products. Our brands include Bus Strip™, Mini Box™, GPIB Anywhere™ and GPIB Keyboard™. Our model 8065 Ethernet to GPIB gateway, controls the GPIB bus from PC Ethernet port, over the Internet. The 8065 is fully VXI-11 compatible, so that we can use RPC calls or Java to run the 8065 from Linux, UNIX, Sun-OS, Apple OS X, and all UNIX like systems without special drivers. The 8065 is a VXI-11.2 gateway and a VXI-11.3 gateway. The 8065 may also be described as a LAN to GPIB gateway, or as an VXI-11 GPIB gateway. Our model 4803 GPIB to parallel digital interface board provides 40 parallel I/O signals. On-card headers connect to the GPIB bus, or to GPIB connector/address switch assemblies. The model 4803 GPIB digital interface board is an IEEE-488.2/GPIB to digital interface, with 40 I/O lines that can be used to easily adapt devices with digital signals to the IEEE-488/GPIB/HP-IP bus. The signal connections can be made with plug-in flat ribbon cables that directly connect to the GPIB and digital headers on the 4803, when used with the companion GPIB connector/address switch board. The 4803 digital interface is configured with commands from the GPIB Bus. The configuration commands permit the user to designate the data lines as inputs, and/or outputs in 8-bit byte increments, connect bytes into strings, set data polarity, data format, and handshake modes.
