Profile: Imat, Inc. specializes in thermal oxidation and PVD metal deposition of wafers from 75 mm up to 300 mm in diameter. We offer our services in metal sputtering, vacuum evaporation, photoresist & P.I.Q. coating and copper plating. Our metal sputtering process allows us to process multiple films in one process step without breaking vacuum. Our copper plating service is available for 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 300mm wafers with thickness ranging between 0.3 microns and 20 microns. We have 1.5um Cu plated wafers.
