Mild steel stock sizes are usually available off the floor in one inch increments from 1 inch wide to 12 inches wide and are produced on a regular rotating schedule. We stock mild and galvanized steel in a 3/16 inches diameter (.177) rod in lengths of 96 inches or 108 inches. We provide it either bent to size or in straight lengths. Our cold perforators have easily interchangeable pin segments, which come in a variety of patterns, such as square, diamond, spiral and customer specific designs. These units have a pneumatic open close design, are fully guarded and of robust construction. They are fully enclosed and web driven for the perforation of a variety of material such as, polyethylene, P.V.C., paper and other suitable materials. Our machine is ideal for single wound, lay flat or gusseted tubing up to a working width of 6 meters.
