We offer solutions for gas filling with any type of spacer bar and sealant combination. Smartfill 1 is our argon gas filling machine with 250 mm touch screen controls, and unique visual and audible signals to enhance control & improve productivity. Our SmartStart filling lance is constructed from top grade clear plastic with an embedded LED light, and on/off button. The operation is done by inserting the lance into the unit and pressing the button to start the gas filling process. TestOxy 2 is our gas testing instrument used for testing argon, krypton, xenon, and mixed gas content. It is non-destructive when used on-line during manufacturing. The test is carried out by simply inserting the probe into a sealed unit and pressing the start button. Our air operated hot melt gun is designed for the larger producer of gas filled units. The gun is filled with sealant using the bulk hot melt dispenser, and consists of a thermostat to keep the sealant at the correct application temperature to ensure a good bond.
