Profile: Inca Tooling Ltd. is a supplier of casting tooling. We design and manufacture investment casting tooling for the aerospace industry. We specialize in tooling for aerofoil parts for all types of gas turbine engines. We also serve the ceramic core industry. Wax pattern dies in steel or aluminum for both solid & cored blades & vanes, supplementary wax tooling including runner bar & chill cavity dies, and ceramic core dies for all types of blades & vanes are some of our products. Our ancillary core tooling items includes core setters, CMM fixtures, SPC gauging, grinding fixtures, and projection fixtures. We facilitate with core inspection data including 3D surface models, 2D profile data, co-ordinate data, and vector information. We carry on reverse engineering works from existing tools and components to enable modifications or manufacture of new tooling. Our other services are listed as design, CNC programming, plotting, CNC machining, and inspection services. We also supply a full range of polystyrene components to supplement the investment casting process using our semi-automatic plastic injection machines.
