The electromagnetic stylus technology enables to mark parts with different shapes and different surfaces (flat surfaces, concave or convex surfaces, circular surfaces, rough or machined surfaces) and only requires one source of energy. The numerical Z axis' option of the C151 Z A enables to mark a part on several levels and also enables to automatically approach and retract the marking head. The Z-axis can be associated with our part detection system called auto-sensing, integrated into the stylus assembly, which automatically and precisely adjusts the stylus position depending on the real height of the part at each cycle start.
