Induction Heating System is ideal for automobile and ancillaries trade, which requires low case depth & specific hardening pattern that necessitates in various components depending on the application and working of the components. It is suitable for hardening of tie-rod end ball joints, shaft beds of machine tools, gear, teeth hardening of gears, and in sprocket and hand tool. It is also useful for brazing toll bits, pressure pipes in heat exchangers and soldering operation in radiator pipe as well as in electronic circuit board. Satra International first made portable induction heating systems in capacities of 3, 12 and 20 kW. The company has introduced the flexible coil system, which is an attachment that can be added to the main unit. This facilitates hardening, brazing, soldering, tempering of heavy in-built component embedded in the machinery, boilers, turbines heat exchanger and, other abnormal contours. The company has also launched additional products such as portable induction heater (from 10 to 300 kW) for forging, which is well accepted in the market. This replaces the conventional oil fired furnace for billet heating, and is far superior in terms of conversion cost, & also eliminates smoky working atmosphere, enhances die life & reduces scaling to a great extent. The latest launch is a portable induction heating system for melting available from 10 to 110 kW. These are useful for melting ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys.
