We serve the offshore, petrochemical, power generation and general pipeworks sector. Works we mainly focus on includes post bend heat treatment, destructive mechanical testing, grit blast & chemical cleaning and non destructive testing. We cover materials like carbon steel, high yield steel, low temperature materials, duplex steels, high chrome materials and stainless steel. We also deal with primer, fusion bonded epoxy, polypropylene and polyethylene coating treatment works. We offer a variety of heat treatment services including normalise, normalise & temper, quench & temper and solution anneal work. Solution anneal treatment works we perform are applied to stainless & duplex steels. In this process the material is held at an elevated temperature for the required time before rapid cooling in either air or water. Normalise heat treament process we undertake is applied to stainless steel and includes a set time at temperature with a still air cool to ambient outside the furnace atmosphere.
