Description: Strip brushes manufactured on specialized equipment are an improvement in the manufacture of industrial and special purpose brushes. The bristles are clamped in SS/GI strip. Brushes with required length and bent as per required profile are available. These brushes are used in vacuum cleaners. Important application of these brushes is to seal gaps against dust, fumes and water. The CNC brush machine is a 5-axis heavy- duty machine, with a capacity to make rollers of maximum dia 500 mm and length 700 mm. The versatility of this machine allows making brushes of any special profile with a range of flat brushes, cup shaped brushes and rollers.
