Industrial Castings
Industrial castings are offered by Uppal Ferrocast Foundry. Casting flexibility is due to grey iron and ductile iron made as per all international grades. These are customised slow mould cooling stress relieved castings. Finishing of the castings is completely equipped for shot blasting, grinding and inspection and prime painting on site to customer specifications. Core making comprises complete no bake, and core and core box equipment are designed for maximum flexibility. Casting range for ductile iron is 50 to 1500 kg. Pattern is of polystyrenes (thermocole) with a complete flexibility to use existing patterns equipment and core boxes, custom designed gating systems and complete layout and maintenance.
