Profile: Industrial Kiln & Dryer is specialized in manufacturing rotary equipments. We provide alignment of trunnion rollers, replacement of shell sections and installation of complete rotary units. We offer replacement components for chain and sprocket type drive systems. Replacement girth gear and drive sprockets supplied by us are forged 4140 alloy steel, heat treated to provide a long service life. We render a complete replacement of existing dryer shells. We build replacement flights from A-36 carbon steel. The feed end section of the shell is fitted with spiral flights to advance material into the drum. The spiral flights are followed by staggered rows of veiling flights to create a dense and even material curtain across the dryer cross section, maximizing heat transfer from the hot drying gases to the material.
