Industrial Robot, Motoman-HP Series has a high-performance NX100 controller and a 6.5-inch colour LCD on the programming pendant for improving operability. It has a faster axis speed than conventional models. It is combined with a lightweight body and the NX100 controller with the highaccuracy path control and the vibration-suppression control. It reduces residual vibration when starting up and stopping, resulting in shortened cycle times for common handling patterns. The improved allowable motion and inertia enables the HP165 to be used for spot welding and handling large work pieces in a wider variety of applications. Manipulators in the HP Series offer greater flexibility in system design with the longest stroke and the maximum and the minimum reach in each class. With an expanded range of motion in the rear side, HP3, HP5, HP6, and HP20 can handle a greater variety of applications and allow efficient installation of jigs such as wire cutters as well.
