Profile: Inert Belting & Materials Ltd. is a provider of belting products. We manufacture, install and supply coated composite belting, materials, tapes and associated items. We cover applications namely packaging, pharmaceutical, chemical, rubber extrusion, floor covering, automotive, screenprinting, aerospace, mineral separation, powder coating and architectural applications. We involve a wide range of fabrication techniques ranging from fuse-bonded Teflon stitching to laser guided edge cutting. Our range of close-weave belting products comprises silicone coatings, various thicknesses, coated weights and substrate types including UV resistant and anti-static features. We supply all our mesh belts with metalic clips, high-porosity mechanical fasteners, fused endless or prepared form for on-site installation. We focus on splice technology which eliminates the use of flouropolymer welding film.
