We focus on core making methods of the carbon dioxide and cold box processes. We specialize in vacuum formed ceramic fiber shapes. Pouring cups, riser & feeder sleeves and insulating & exothermic products are some of our products. For filtation process we involve foam, ceramic and gauze products. These products are designed to assist in the casting of all molten metals. Our products are supported with our adhesives, emulsions and coatings. Our pouring bush system encircles weirs or dams to streamline flow and restrain oxides & macro inclusions. In addition to this our pouring sleeves with locations for filters for direct pouring eliminates unnecessary systems. All our pouring systems are supplied for various temperature applications and can be treated where mechanical strength is required for investment casting. Our ceramic foam filter has a continuous open pore structure consisting of a network of individual pores creating a path for effective inclusion removal. Ceramic strainers we cater with are mainly used to control metal velocity & pouring rate which helps to minimise sand erosion and air entrapment to streamline the flow of molten metal.
