Inline Unifier
Unifier is a simple compact unit having inlet and outlet flanges to match the existing juice feed pipe from flash tank to clarifier and is fitted with a 1-2 HP vertically mounted motor. The extended shaft end is fitted with specially designed S.S.304 fixture, which has a non-shearing effect, allows homogeneous mixing of flocculent polymer with the feed juice. A pair of matching flanges supplied along with nuts bolts/washers offers a ready-to-use package. Due to the simplicity of installation requiring no separate staging or mounting, unit can be mounted even during any general cleaning shutdown within 4 to 5 hours. In the unlikely event of accidental motor failure, the flow of the feed juice to clarifier continues without hindrance. It ensures homogeneous mixing of polymer with feed juice for improved coalescence to enhance floc building characteristics.
