Profile: Inmaco AS works with safety and loss prevention engineering services, process systems and as safety contractors. We also offer active fire protections and nitrogen generations. We are an ISO 9001-2000 certified company. We supply several types of gas extinguishing system which includes Inergen, Argonite, Novec, CO2, FM- 200 and Halotron. Inert gases extinguish fires by driving out oxygen. This involves the gases being discharged into the protected room, thus driving out the air that is already present. In this manner the oxygen level is forced down to a point where fires cannot be maintained. Our dry pipe water mist system uses automatic nozzles attached to a piping system containing air, nitrogen, or inert gas under pressure, the release of which allows the water pressure to open a dry pipe valve. The water then flows into the piping system and out through any open nozzles. We provide foam injection systems, in which, foams are characterized by fire tests.
