Profile: Innovative Pressure Technologies is specialized in precision high pressure valves, fittings and fluid control devices. We are ISO-9001 certified. Our check valves are used to prevent reverse flow where leak-tight shutoff is required. We manufacture precision quality coning and threading tools for tubing sizes through 9/16" OD. Tools are manufactured from stainless steel. All tools are designed with interchangeable blades, bushings and dies. The convenient kit includes everything needed to prepare both medium and high pressure tubing in 1/4", 3/8" & 9/16" sizes. Relief valves are designed to open proportionally to increasing back pressure and, therefore, are not recommended for applications requiring immediate full valve flow at set pressure such as polymerizations and decompositions. Full flow of relief valve is defined at 10% over set pressure. We design and manufacture pressure manifolds to meet specific installation, layout and pressure requirements. These manifolds can withstand pressures up to 60,000 PSI (4140 bar) and are available in a variety of materials.
