Our range of end of line packaging equipment includes pallet wrappers, shrink wrappers, stretch wrappers, conveyor systems and shrink tunnels. Shrink sleeve wrapping machines we offer is designed to pack products together by the use of shrink wrapping film. The film is shrunk under heating to provide a tight secure fit. Our shrink tunnels are machines designed to produce even heat distribution and various types of film being used. They are used in conjunction with a sleeve wrapper and have a wide range of features including thermostatic control, efficient air circulation, heavy-duty mesh belt conveyor, double skin construction, corrosion free heating elements, variable speed conveyor, high efficiency after pack cooler and localized lubrication of main rotors. Features of our shrink sleeve wrapping machines are accurate clutch, brake control film feed and clamping by heat resisting rubber rollers during the sealing & cutting operations. We also offer on site overhaul, maintenance and refurbishment programmes. We can also provide conversions for previous generation PLC.
