Description: & EASY-TO-CUT RIGID PIPING A unique rigid (non-flexible) pipe and instant pipe fitting arrangement of sizes 15, 20, 22 and 28 mm size, which reduces time taken for assembly by almost 50% has been introduced for the first time in India by Luthra Pneumsys. A product from John Guest, UK, the fittings are push fit type like the conventional fittings used in pneumatic applications, only the pipe are of rigid (non-flexible) type in aluminum/nylon/composite material. The pipe has to be simply cut with a cutter and `push fit' into the fitting and the connection is made. So, no soldering, crimping or screwing required like conventional GI copper piping systems. The system can withstand a system pressure of 10 bar so can be used for connecting compressed air lines in factories, workshops, machinery, outdoor applications. The fittings being of acetal co-polymer can also be used for food grade applications if used with composite pipe. So. the pipe and fittings can be used for pharma/mineral water! drinking water/food grade machinery and many more. Last but not the least, the pipe and fittings being very easy to assemble and use, can also be used for household plumbing applications for, e.g., bathrooms, kitchens and water pumps.
