Profile: Integral Powertrain Ltd. is a provider of powertrain consultancy services. We serve the automotive industry. We specialize in casting and tooling design. We focus on issues like prototype manufacture, prototyping of casting, base engine, installations & driveline and high performance alloy components. For our works we involve automated intelligent design tools and sub-system complete engineering tools. We cover both heavy-duty and light-duty engines. We are engaged in the work of specification and integration of fuel & evaporative system, air induction, pressure charging, actuators & sensors and engine mounting systems. We employ a wide range of developed e-machines, inverter and control technologies in combination with comprehensive systems for product specification, modelling & prototype implementation. A wide range of e-machine topologies are engineered in-house including permanent-magnet, induction and SR/VR motor variants while inverter development includes both high-voltage IGBT & low-voltage MOSFET architectures.
